A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date, preparation time, and project resources.
# Custom & Personalized Work
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, including but not limited to:

* Gold Foiling
* Client Gifting

* Custom Artwork
all payments made for custom work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Event bookings reserve specific dates and resources. Therefore, cancellations by the client do not qualify for refunds.
