Hi, I’m Purvi Motipwar. I used to feel constantly anxious—my mind always racing, my body tense. One day, I picked up a calligraphy pen just to slow down, and something changed.

Each stroke brought a sense of calm. The act of writing mindfully became my escape from overwhelm and a way to reconnect with myself. What began as a simple hobby turned into a healing ritual—my personal therapy through ink and intention.

Now, I share this practice to help others find the same peace it brought me.
